About UltiOps

ULTIMATE-FIRST TEAM MANAGEMENT

UltiOps was built specifically for the sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Not generic league software. Not recycled soccer tools. A real operational platform designed around the way Ultimate teams, captains, tournament directors, and communities actually function.

Like many teams, we originally managed everything through shared spreadsheets, long email chains, Facebook posts, and group texts. Rosters lived in one place, RSVP lists in another, tournament details somewhere else, and nobody ever knew which version was the latest.

UltiOps grew out of the need to centralize all of that into one platform:

  • Team and player profiles
  • Season rosters and tournament rosters
  • Captains and spirit captains
  • Event scheduling and RSVP tracking
  • Built-in team email tools
  • White-label team websites
  • Team history, records, and organization

Today, UltiOps powers real teams and communities and continues to evolve alongside the players using it every week.

Built by players, for players

The UltiOps Story

  • 2010

    Spreadsheet Era

Team operations were originally managed using shared spreadsheets, email chains, and scattered social media coordination.

  • First Internal Tools

Simple internal utilities were created to track players, availability, and event attendance more reliably.

  • 2023

    Complete Team Platform

The project expanded into a full Ultimate operations platform with player profiles, roster management, event coordination, communications, and white-label support.

  • White-Label Team Sites

Teams began launching their own branded UltiOps-powered sites, including custom domains and SSL-secured deployments.

  • Today

    Growing Community

UltiOps continues to add new features and is actively looking for additional teams willing to adopt the platform and provide feedback.
